Cannot Forward Emails in Outlook?

3. Close Outlook in your system.
4. Now, go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12. It is located in the C drive of your computer.
5. In order to launch the Outlook repair tool, double click on scanpst.exe file.
6. Now to search for the Outlook.pst file. Select it. Normally, the file is located in the C drive of a computer in the following folder C:\Users\ (Your User Name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.
7. To begin the scanning process, select Start.
